Part (a) I have red the Ottershaw branch of the Zinns Burger and Pizza betting food restaurant case I am rivet on Session 2 The international environment , that is, the instauration in which the business operates. It is a large and ever ever-changing place which is made up of other organisations, employees, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders. employ the STEEP model which says that a key success cypher for any type of business is an accurate understanding of the external environment in which it operates in. (Book1, p.17 ) I can highlight these problems: scientific factors : the branch is not open to switch over. There is old piece of furniture and decoré , cooking equipment needfully to be switch environmental factors: menu is outdated, nowadays people are more kindle in healthy food therefore menu needs to be updated Sociological factors: the most of the employees are students. Customers are served by untrained, inexperienced staff. Big problem is also many managers in one branch. Economic factors: wastage is fluctuated, that´s it, gross sales are locomote and costs are rising.
