Thinking Ethically
Introduction
The definition of morals is moral principles that govern a persons or groups behavior. That being said its comprehendible why companies want ethical senior executives to manage their employees. A company with good ethics builds trust and teamwork among employees. Without it, the business has naughty turnover and low productivity. But ethics is not something that brook be taught in a classroom. Its demonstrated and divided up among each other.

A mentor is a productive senior employee who helps develop a less experienced employee, called the protege.
