Was the African American race discriminated against during the late 1800s and into the previous(predicate) 1900s? Is this even a valid question? At first glace of this document I conceit that the African Americans had much less activity than the whites but when you come across a closer look you see that by the 1920s the African Americans start a steady rise to the outgo of the graph.
