Positive media in the courtroom

Through this affirmation I will try to inform you on the positive aspects of having any kind of media in the courtrooms. redden though there atomic number 18 people who think that media shouldnt be in the courtroom because of the privacy issues, there atomic number 18 still so many reasons why it should be.
During the early twentieth century, technology advanced increasing media coverage in the courtrooms. These technologies include still cameras, movie cameras and radio microphones, however in let down of the extensive media coverage of the Bruno Hauptmann trial in 1935 the media was banned from the courtroom.
It has been channelize to believe that the introductory televised court case was in 1953 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in the trial of Billy Eugene Manley and the first live broadcast was in 1955 in the case of stimulate L Washburn in Waco, Texas.
Then in 1981, United States autocratic Court allowed restricted media coverage during the Chandler v. Florida trial in which Chandler was on trial for burglary.



Although in 1982 through 1988 experimental rules allowed media coverage by the presiding judge over the given case or cases.
In 1984 CNN was the first to nationally broadcast live coverage of a trial in Massachusetts and the very strong engross that came from this trial is what led to the beginning of Court T.V..
Although there are only 25 states that allow television/media coverage in the courtrooms many more states are adapting to this idea and they are coal scuttle the doors to allow media coverage to happen in the courtrooms because they are visual perception the end results from other courtrooms that are allowing media to be present and it is masking the effects that it is having.
