Making Cuts To Balance The Budget

Budget cuts are a major and very disputable topic these days, especially with the United States in a recession. I opine Americans are paying more attention to our discipline finances/deficit these days ever before, how much notes is be spent, where it is being spent and should it be spent. I too, am an American and Im very concerned close to the budget cuts.
I think our budget should be prioritized, starting first with what we dont ingest to computer memory to what we do lack to fund then pack to fund the least. We fund for foreign aid, arts and sciences, farmers, Homeland aegis, troops and national defense, anti-poverty programs, Medicare, education and social security. Its of my opinion that we dont look at to fund foreign aid unless our country and people are interpreted care of first. How can it be justified in aiding other country when we have elderly in America that need care, homeless people, people with AIDS, people with cancer, and disable veterans. at that place should be no question!
I feel that we do need to make Homeland security and our military and national defenses calculate one on the list. Without making sure our country is right and secure, there would be no need to worry about funding for anything. I think 9/11, unfortunately, taught us that.





The remain issues on the list; arts and sciences, farmers, anti-poverty programs, Medicare, education and social security are all of equal importance. We need these fundings for all walks of life. There should be no debating or budget cuts as these are important to many and it is for owed to our forefathers and needed for our children who are our future.
I think taxes should be raised on things like cigarettes, alcohol and truehearted food. These things are not a necessity of life. It would also help people to quit smoking, drinking and cut down on unhealthy eating, all are of which a big medical exam expense, I believe that taxes should be raised on the rich.
