In this report, I am going to analyse the just nowt on of becoming a fairnessyer/Solicitor and also lambast about the roles and responsibilities of a Lawyer. I chose to research law because this was a subject that I did not thoroughly understand but always wanted to study but unfortunately neer had the opportunity. Law preserve the power structures of society, it also provides solutions to social problems and drive particular political ideologies according to Braye and Preston-Shoot (1997).

In the United States of America, the term Lawyer can be defined as anyone who deals with all stages of the law, whereas countries such as New Zealand, United Kingdom and other parts of the earth use the term Solicitor which can also defined as someone who is qualified to provide legal advice and legal services.

Types of Lawyers
