Role Play #1: Mike and Ethan
In the beginning he in brief explained his company, and then I love how he said to microph single that customer satisfaction is his greatest concern. Then he talked roughly some of the benefits his company has corresponding saving money in the long run. Then I wish well how mike asked just saving money why should I use your proceeds then Ethan replied with many points answering Mikes doubtfulness including that it dries hard and dries in 3 minutes and that it only requires one application. The one thing that was interesting was the word-painting they rangeed, which was ok, but I wouldnt have been satisfied with it, it didnt seem professional, you couldnt really tell if it was the truth since one side was multi-colour in black the other white and the quality of the video was very poor, but I give them props for putting something interesting in their role play. I did however, like that at the end of the meeting he said he would love for them to come to his company lunch and a reflexion so they can see the demo in more depth.
Role Play #2: Michele and Barry
In this role play he asked if there was any problems with the current product, and she said no but she would like to get stuff cheaper and faster.
I loved how Barry then, repeated was she said in his own words to chance upon sure he understood her right which makes her feel straightforward that he is understanding her correctly and that they are on the alike page. I liked how Michele questioned the product and said it sounds to good to be true, and Barry replied with very good answers to that like it does cost more but you only have to use one coat of the paint and no primer, and it dries in less than half the metre so she can get her products out faster and carry out money in the long run.
