Cross Cultural Communication Mohamed Elamin Date: 02/23/2011 City University of Seattle Abstract This paper is about comparing and contrasting the American style of discourse and that of Bahrain. Different countries pitch their own interpretation for every bingle issue based on their kitchen-gardening background and their government agency of thinking. The most significant characteristics of American culture are: individualism, equality, competition, license and privacy, action orientation, directness, particularity, and a problem solving orientation. In Bahrain is jolly the same as other Arab countries, religion faith and topical anesthetic traditions play a large role in the hoi pollois lives, although Bahrain constitution is more liberal compared with other countries in the Middle East. Cross Cultural Communication Nowadays according to the unbendable growth of international businesses, communication between different cultures became essential. to a greater extent and more of us are required to understand muckle who come from countries and cultures different from our own. Communication with population of different cultures is sticky because pot have different culture background and have different ways of thinking, seeing, hearing, and interpreting the world.
